WITHHOLDING YOUR EMAIL BECAUSE YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT VERSION IS OUT OF DATE

THREATENING TO TAKE AWAY ACCESS TO YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT FOR ANY REASON

THREATENING TO CLOSE YOUR YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT FOR ANY REASON

THREATENING TO DEACTIVATE YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNT FOR ANY REASON

REQUESTS TO INCREASE YOUR EMAIL BOX SIZE

REQUESTS TO UPDATE YOUR EMAIL SECURITY

These are examples of what scammers use to scare you

into clicking on links they send in phishing emails.

There is an email with the Subject: "Starting on the 10th of September, 2024. email that has not been confirmed for the new privacy security upgrade will be closed." that is luring you to click on 'Update New Version' Do not click on the link. Scammers like to use a sense of urgency to get you to click on bad links.

There is an email with the Subject: "Important update to our Terms of Service & Privacy Policy" that is luring you to click on 'Visit: Nemont Online to Verify your new platform.' Do not click on the link. Scammers like to use a sense of urgency to get you to click on bad links.

There is an email with the Subject: "Starting on the 20th of April, 2024, email that has not been confirmed for the new privacy security upgrade will be closed." that is luring you to click on 'Update New Version' link.

There is an email with the Subject: "Incoming pending voice message - 30th March 2024" that is luring you to click on a fake voicemail link. Malicious attachments often contain trojans that can steal sensitive information such as passwords and banking details. Don't be lured in!

There is an email with the Subject: "✅ NEW NOTIFICATION" that is asking you to login to CONFIRM your email account. We don't send out these types of emails. Once your email account is setup, we don't have any further action for you to take.
